This office is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! \r I have never had a cavity in my life! For the last 3 years I have been at the orthodontist EVERY 2 weeks for my $5000 invisaligns \r And less than a year ago, I had two bridges done (only due to fact that I was not born with 2 adult molars) and have had my teeth routinely cleaned every year for 40 years!! \r \r I go in to this office as a new patient and with the special they are running for cleaning, X-ray and exam for $29.00. They refuse to clean my teeth At All. Then said I have to pay $677.00 for a Deep Cleaning!! \r \r What, so all these accredited dentists and orthodontist, I've been treated by, with over 60 years experience combined, know better than these quacks? \r Nooooo because it is a SCAM!!! \r It's called BAIT AND SWITCH! \r \r What an disgusting excuse for a doctors office!!!\r \r I should have known! The price was too good to be true, I got suckered! Don't let it happen to you. \r \r Oh, and btw, I went back to my original dentist and orthodontist, and guess what?!? Got my normal cleaning and clean bill of oral health, as usual :) more

My dentist does not accept my insurance anymore, and I was very skeptical in finding another one. To my surprise, I had fixed all my teeth with half the cost. The place is a bit hard to find with no sign. But the dentist, Dr. Nuyen is like "a diamond in the rough" She took out my teeth and I did not feel a thing. She was laughing with the assistant and I have forgotten that I was in the dentist chair. They have many dentists there, you must request for her. more

The staff went out of their way being friendly and helpful and everything was explained fully, the dentist seemed to be caring and experienced. We had a bad experience with the last dentist we visited so this was a wonderful difference. more

I have been a patient for a number of years and have always been very, very pleased with the services provided. I think Dr. Palacios, and Dr. Ku before her, are extremely good dentists and I have received the best cleanings ever from all the hygienists. I think you run an A+ organization. more

I do not remember her name but she cleaned my teeth. She was very detail in explaining what she was going to do before she did it and she put me at ease. She could tell I was nervous. I do not like going to the Dentist, never have but she talked me thru the whole process which I am very thankful for. I would not hesitate to go back. more

I am very apprehensive going to the dentist. They are so reassuring when dealing with me. They explain just what is going to happen so I am prepared and can relax somewhat. Even switched my children to this dentist office. more
