I was very impressed 12/11/2011

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire office. Dr. Amiri was an exceptional communicator of the dental work that needed to be done immediately and which services could wait. The office finance advisor took me through the process of work that needed to be done and the cost. She immediately offered options regarding the financing. I was not approved for one program, but offered an alternative payment plan that worked very well with my budget. Oakland Dental solved a 7 month old problem with my mouth in less than 2 weeks. I can smile again and attend luncheon meetings with the confidence that my dentures will not fall out of my mouth. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Amiri and the staff at Oakland Dental more

Exceptional 12/9/2011

My overall experience with Oakland Dental was exceptional! The staff made me feel valued and gave me a comprehensive plan to fix my dental issues. The work needed was extensive. They comforted me through all phases of the work, starting with payment options. Multiple appointments were needed. Some very tedious and time consuming but they were warm and gracious every time. The end result was exactly what was promised. I am so lucky to have found Oakland Dental because I have had a lot of bad experiences in my fifty years of dental care. They got me to a place where I can relax in the knowledge that the future of my teeth is secure. I look forward to going back for my regular checkups to see the staff. more
