This office impressed me. Very professional and the experience, as unpleasant as a dental visit can be, was actually not a bad experience (seeing that I was seated for my first crown and wasn't really excited about going!). It was really a pleasant experience. Excellent staff. Clean bathroom. Clean exam rooms. Thanks! more

The whole entire staff was amazing i 5/27/2012

The whole entire staff was amazing i could not believe how friendly and caring they all acted towards me and my son...it was his first appt and before we arrived he was so scared but as soon as we were greeted he felt fine. On top of that dr. Tran was very warm and gentle. I will came here and tell all of my friends and family about the great service at mission viejo dental. more

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for over a year now and their service is top notch! Everyone is friendly and caring. Everything is great! It is hard to find a good dentist. But this place really go above and beyond to give people superb treatments. more

Bright Now Dental has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. Excellent Dentist and Very nice Staff 3/11/2011

I've been to Dr. Tran several times for me as well as my son. I've had nothing but a great experience both clinically and with respect to customer service from all of the staff. I would absolutely recommend this dental office. I haven't been to the Hygienist -but I here she's really good! more

Cheats and Liars 11/17/2008

Seriously, how these people are in business is beyond me. They ""refused"" to provide any further services until I gave in to their bullying to have a procedure done to clean my teeth that was above and beyond the norm. more

Unethical Dental Practices 11/15/2008

I would encourage anyone considering to choose this dental practice to think again. It may be conveniently located and have multiple affiliated offices but the service that you will receive here is unacceptable in a competive market such as dentistry. Wait times on the phone - provided you can get though - are excessive and you can always expect to wait at least 1 hour past your appointment time before being shown to an exam room (where you can expect to wait more). My experience with this practice has been heinous. They insisted that I receive costly treatment that was not covered by my insurance and refused to provide covered services when I did not acquiese to their recommended invasive treatment plan. Ultimately I have opted to take my and my family's business elsewhere. more
