Horrible customer service here. They said would give a consult with my own x-rays and after 2 hrs. waiting Dr. Hersel refused to see me unless took own x-rays. Leaving she and mngr. Gloria said would accept them if sent over in better format. Today confirming with Maria that they were good and about to make an appt. she tells me to hold on and then Gloria comes on saying the dr. refuses to see me and like a robot says she has no control over them and I can just go to another office. I ask her why and she has no reason. Totally unprofessional! more
