People are friendly, the work is thorough and well done, and the charges are reasonable. If you need a dentist in Burbank, I have been really happy with the folks at Castle Dental. more

Stay Away from this place. 8/15/2011

Few weeks ago I went for cleaning he spent 30-45min. on my teeth. Yesterday, I went for my new braces she showed me 1/2 inch tartar built up behind my teeth. I ended up $650.00 out of pocket for doing same thing with different doctor. This place is a waste of time, for FREE I wouldn't go there. Several times left a message for office manager and I am still empty handed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. more

As far as the dental work I had done, they were fine. They put a cap on a broken tooth and I was in and out of there pretty fast. The horror came 3 years later when I got a bill in the mail for an unreasonably high amount of money. Apparently they had some trouble with my insurance company but waited 3 years to get back in touch with me about the issue! At that point the bill was even higher and they continued to add on fees for late payment. When I called to ask for a detailed record of my insurance refusal and them trying to track me down they wouldn't send it to me. This place is a ripoff, I do not recommend it. They will swindle every last dollar out of you. more
