I would like to compliment the staff and Dr Nissan. This is the first time that I felt comfortable and at ease in a Dental chair except for my deep cleaning but we working on that. The dentist was Great and so are the assistants. Thanks so much and also to Sam for calling me and telling me I needed to come back in for my dental care. The entire staff at the La Quinta office have always been friendly, helpful and I trust that I will receive the treatment and care I actually need. I had a difficult time finding a Dental office that I trusted and that had caring staff as well until I found this office. more

Everyone in the La Quinta office gave me SUPERIOR service especially Sameer and Dr. Katafias. In fact there was a mix-up regarding my appt. with the front desk and Sameer went well above and beyond getting me in immediately due to a facial pain issue. He was professional, kind and helpful, what an asset he is to your office. Dr. Katafias is simply the BEST dentist I've dealt with during my odesy with my condition. I have an awful face pain condition and he took the necessary time, was more patient, and did everything he could to aleve my anxiety with his expertise and humor. I was so 'iffy' on going to what appeared to be a clinic but those fears were unfounded. I cannot express adequately my satisfaction with this group of people. All the front office staff is helpful, cheerful and efficient. Thank you. more
