Glad to have found on Judy's Book. Friendly staff, good at handling insurance, and pleasant doc who is knowledgeable and proactive.

I can't speak for the Boulder office, however Bright Now attempted to rip me off at their DT Denver location. They were trying to charge me $1700 for special cleanings and 6 cavi...

Bright Now-today 3/10/2011

I have been going to the Bright Now Dental office in Boulder for several years and have seen alot of changes. I am glad many have come and gone. What I can say is that the new dentist they have now, Dr Emmons and staff are very warm friendly. I hope they stay. more

Don't Go! 9/1/2009

I can't speak for the Boulder office, however Bright Now attempted to rip me off at their DT Denver location. They were trying to charge me $1700 for special cleanings and 6 cavities. I have gone to the dentist regularly all my life and have never had a cavity. I thought it odd that suddenly 6 would appear. I decided to pay out of pocket for a second opinion. Sure enough, I was told I had no cavities and my teeth and gums were perfectly healthy. After my experience, I searched to see if others had similar experiences. I found the same thing had happened to patients at the South Denver and Belmar locations. Be weary, and if they tell you that you need lots of work - get a second opinion!!! more

Terrible Experience 7/11/2009

It was my misfortune to go to this dentist. The cleaning was poorly done, with little care for my comfort. I then had a cavity that i opted to have filled. It was miserable. They cut my gums, were unable to properly complete the filling, and I had to come back. Even after a second try, I needed to go back to another dentist, as I was completely unwilling to go back a third time. more

Small Dentist Office 9/2/2005

Choosing a new dentist can be terrifying! I have been to the same dentist for the majority of my life, and had to go to a new one this week. I chose Dr. Mehlhoff from the list of "network" providers, and got lucky. The staff was really friendly, and very conscious of my comfort. I appreciated that Dr. Mehlhoff was gentle with me during my exam and that the assistant was quick with the X-Rays. Although I'll miss my old dentist (in CA), I'm glad I found someone gentle and honest with me. more
