Typical switch and bait business. They give you an estimate and then send you a bill for services that were told were covered. These guys are not honest at all. After going to a new dentist office I was told that Bright Now Dental had not done my deep cleaning correctly. The whole rear right side of my mouth was left full a plaque and I had to pay the dentist to do it again. They sent me a bill and when I refused to pay the whole thing they sent it to collections. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! more

Never returning to Castle Rock Office! 8/5/2019

Unprofessional and below poor processes. Consistently missed commitments and Nicole in the office laughed about the entire experience. Not an ounce of empathy or urgency. Run away from this unprofessional excuse they call a dental office more
