Not happy with product or service. Firstly I had to do a rush order and they promised to get the order in on time. They didn't. However, the owner was a good guy and paid for shipping. Then the $356 fan I bought (I actually bought two, only one worked...) needed replacing. The fan was installed by an electrician in an awkward location for me to get to. BrightLight gave no assistance, no follow-through other than to simply give me the name of another electrician to take it down and replace it.
