You are essentially tied in with thousands of other users on a network that gets utterly bogged down to nothingness - and they will do nothing about it except take your money for a service that they will not reliably provide. Canceled and good riddance! Switched to AT&T DSL due to Bright House's very unreliable connection and extremely unresponsive customer service. EVERYDAY for more than five months, we would have NO CONNECTION for about 5-6 hours out of the day. Their service response time takes 3-4 days and after several attempts, none of these service calls resulted in a solution. Management will not call you back and they will not attempt to resolve your issue other than to keep sending someone out (which does absolutely NOTHING).
Pros: They will motivate you to find another Provider
Cons: They are not interested in resolving connection issues.
