Service Department 12/10/2008

I know my experience with the service department was not pleasant. I owned a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and the seat was so loose you could shake it and you couldn't even put down the arm rest without it hitting the center console. I took my vehicle in around 6 times over a course of several months and they never did fix the seat. I ended up just living with it because I got tired of leaving it all day for them to work on with the same result - nothing done. \r \r Now I am taking my 2008 Dodge truck in there that has a highway shimmy so I'll see how they do with this issue. However, I am not looking forward to the visit. more

Bad Service 11/28/2008

I had some warranty work done on my truck, and more was wrong with it after the work than before. When I complained and refused to authorize the additional hundreds of dollars in cost, the problem became intermittent. I don't know if my truck is safe to drive, but I know I won't take it back there. more

Ok Used Cars 11/19/2008

I went with my mom when she bought her car. My mom test drove about five cars over the weekend before she was satisfied. But, the sales men were very patient and glad to make a sale. more

Used truck 4/21/2008

Have had my trucks worked on here for years without any problems, but didn't care for the used car manager. I'm not sure why the salesman had to get him involved. He didn't seem to be interested in what I needed, he just wanted to tell me how good he was. I can't remember his name, I liked the old manager better. Ended up buying my truck in Kansas City. more

Happy with Purchases 11/18/2005

I have bought my last two cars at Jim Clark Motors and I have been very happy with these two purchases. The salesmen are friendly and for the most part they are not hard sellers. They have GREAT deals on their program cars and you really cant get a better deal anywhere in town. more
