Bridgehead

Looking at Citysearch and could'nt believe the review of my apartments. Don't know who added that review but they DON'T Live here. NO lake views... My Rent is 100 dollars less than the Gables, and just try to get something fixed..... AND somebody never kept up with the upkeep, for the last 20 years, cause for months the residents here got to listen to roofers, construction, saws, no water, you name it. And they started at sunrise and did'nt quit till sundown. I'm talking 7am to 9 pm. Always junk by the dumpers, AND everytime I've gone to the pool its never clean. And their notification are always less than 24 hours notification, if you are out of town too bad. Speaking for someone that lives here, just counting down the days to leave. One more comment, for the carport that is falling down, please fix, this year? If I would have known the 2006 upcoming nosleep construction schedule, I would'nt have renewed. Pros: location Cons: someone needs to take care of property more

this place is great, you get everything that you could possibly need--plenty of space. choose your own floorplan, plus a pool and exercise room, but the best part was is that i saved about 620 PER MONTH from ""the gables"" crazy rent prices and got the same living experience and the same view (actually it was a little better because from my unit you could see the lake). anyway, this place is spectacular and the staff is ultra friendly Pros: great pool--friendly residents--unbeatable views Cons: my dishwasher broke, but they fixed it the next day--thats my only gripe more
