Irene is very professional put my gitters at ease. Just spent the afternoon at Bride's Corral. This is my second expeience.\r They are wonderful people. Got my wedding dress there 2 years ago and they were 5 stars and just left getting a dress for another wedding and just had a wonderful experience. Wouldn't go any where else. more

I picked a weekday to go to the store - and was given undivided attention. I was asked my preferences, shown various dresses, encouraged to try things on, and felt very comfortable. My best friend also has bought her "mother of the groom" dresses there. I thank her for the recommendation. more

Wall to wall polyester! This bridal shop is the Walmart of bridal shops. It's amazing that are still in business. I tried on 2 dresses and that was even pushing it. Everything is from the 80s. I should have just walked out the moment I walked in. more

This place is owned & run by mommie-dearest, Isabel and daughter, Eileen; ?cruel and UNprofessional mother/daughter team!\r \r I went there to purchase a garter and was completely appalled by the manner in which Isabel & Eileen treated their employees. They yelled at them, completely berating the sweet and helpful teenage girls with a store filled with customers; those poor girls were so embarrassed. I thought one girl was going to cry.\r \r I was so disturbed by this outrageous and rude behavior and put the garter I intended to buy back on the shelf and left that black hole?and will never return! I highly recommend NOBODY give these women business. \r \r My friend?s daughter worked at that miserable shop for a couple months and was rudely and embarrassingly fired in a store full of customers?with absolutely no explanation. For me Brides Corral was a very bizarre experience. I called ahead inquiring about one specific wedding dress. It happened to be the only Bay Area bridal salon that carried the Mori Lee style dress. I made an appointment and arrived on a very busy Saturday afternoon however parking was not a problem. The Brides Corral looks rundown and has a lot of very dated wedding dresses and accessories. I was ushered in, where I quickly found the dress I wanted to try on and then was instructed to wait for a sales person to help me into it. The dressing rooms were of decent size however the waiting area was small and too close to the dressing rooms. I felt as if I had no privacy considering there were other customers loitering around the dressing rooms. Brides Corral has a bizarre policy of not clipping the dresses in the back, so a sales person will stand behind you and hold the dress. You are not free to move around very much and you are also not allowed to take pictures. I found the s more
