Brides Atlanta

The bride should be the center of attention, not at this store. They should be a prom dress store. The staff is not attentive at all. Went in expecting a wonderful experience came out feeling like an ogar.. or something. Have no idea why they wanted to treat people so rudely. Do not waste your time unless you are going to prom............ HORRIBLE more

I am truly impressed by Brides Atlanta. I am the lucky Maid of Honor of one of the pickiest Brides. We had been all around, and right in our neighborhood here they were! From the first couple of minutes to the last hour and a half- the girls were all supportive, helpful yet not too pushy. They were very busy, but all three girls were available to give their thoughts and suggestions! Awesome prices, great selection and wonderful customer service sums up why I would recommend Brides Atlanta! more

I had a great experience at Brides Atlanta! Angela, the manager, is WONDERFUL to work with! She has been in the industry a long time and knows what she is doing. Mandy Jackson & Lea helped me the night I went to try on wedding dresses. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about everythind and answered all of my questions. more

I visited Brides Atlanta today and it actually made me wish I wasn't a bride! When I got there I was hardly greeted by two young girls who didn't even bother getting up from behind the deskone of whom reluctantly said she'd ""take her, I guess"" Cons: Staff, Attitudes, Inexperience, Selection, Location, etc etc more

I enjoyed my experience there every other place I went to to look for my gown I had people throwing a million different dresses at me and wouldn't leave me alone. This place sat back offered their opinion when asked for it but didnt hover over me and make me feel trapped. They were very patient with me and never rude. They even deeply discounted my dress which is always a plus... Cons: bridesmaids dresses are a little pricey more

I was very frustrated, with my experience at Brides Atlanta! They were not very helpful. Extremley rude. and most definetly over priced. Be smart and check out other options!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Do not buy a dress there. This particular wedding party every single person has to have alterations. THe measurements, according to them seems to requre a larger dress and they can only cost you more money to do the alterations. They will insult your size to your face and make rude comments about the proportion of your size. more

I paid a visit to this bridal shop looking for bridesmaids dresses and to get my previously purchased (not from here) gown altered. The sales people were of no help at all when I told them I was having a beach wedding. They simply told me they had nothing to fit my needs, didn't even let me look. They were extremely snotty when I asked to have my gown altered, agreeing to pay a hefty price. I was treated like a second rate customer because I did not purchase my gown there. At my fitting, the lady doing the alterations rushed me through, not even suggesting taking in the sides and top of my gown that obviously needed altered. Go figure, at my second fitting, she was no longer employed there and the new person doesn't even speak English. They are snotty and the entire experience was terrible. more

At Atlanta Brides in Douglasville they put forth all of their attention to you at that one time. I had 3-4 different ladies helping me. They were all very nice. They answered any questions that I had about the dress and the fabric. When I told them I was having a beach wedding they went and grapped three dresses at first. I fell in love the very first one they gave me! The customer service was great, the prices are great. If you are planning a wedding I really recommend this establishment! Before I purchased my dress here I went to several stores and I liked this one the BEST! more
