I always rent my tuxedos from them and am always treated like a king. The staff is always courteous, even when they're busy, and I always get the attention and recommendations I'm looking for. more

They don't have a clue 10/8/2008

Went to get fitted for a tux for a friend's wedding and the measurments were rushed and not accurate. The trial tux was way too large and when I asked to try on a smaller size the lady got ignorant saying that this is how a tux is supposed to fit because "guys would rather be comfortable rather than look good". These people just don't have a clue! Needless to say I left without ordering anything from these people. more

worst customer service ever 1/7/2006

I stopped in here yesterday with a friend since she and I are BOTH looking for wedding dresses & we dealt with the RUDEST women ever (probably the owner of the store). She was very arrogant with us & had an attitude. She obviously knows she's one of the only bridal places in town & doesn't try to go out of her way to help her customers at all. Instead of making us feel special & excited about bridal gown shopping, she made us feel insignificant & like we were wasting her time. I will NEVER go back there let alone by anything from this place. Go to Brides & Grooms in Newark instead-at least they care about their clients & treat them with respect. more
