I had already picked and bought my wedding dress from Annets. Went there for all my specialty dreseses over the years but didnt want my girls to go through the nightmare Annets offers (another LONG story) I knew I disliked Davids and was never fond of Juliets so I checked out Yvonnes. The family is great! Gail was my main contact but we worked with everyone who was equally great. I had 5 girls, all different shapes and sizes and skin tones. My girls were able to each get a different dress that fit them, all by the same designer, same fabric and same color, but each dress was different and unique just like my girls were. Even though each was different they looked like a matching bridal party. I dont know which dress of theirs was the prettiest I loved them all! The staff was not pushy. My girls, most living out of town had to make several indivudual appointments rather than going as a group. Each time they each got a private room to try on and get fitted. We spent hrs per girl trying on dress after dress. we had one on one service and felt like we had all the time in the world. The quality of the work is fab and the prices very reasionable for something you are going to wear for 5 hrs but still want the seams to stay together incase you ever want to wear it again! The turn around on order and shipment I felt was a bit longer than the other places but in thelong run very worth it. Never did they care, my dress, the flowergirls dress and my moms was all from other stores. They treated us like VIPS each and everytime. MY MOH even fell through, after the dress had been ordered and deposit made. Normally they still expect payment but never once harrashed her or us for payment and acepted it for what it was.! more

Yvonne and her professional staff made me feel welcome and truly cared about. I was in a beautiful private suite with mirrors all around and couches for my friends and family. Then after a brief interview by a very wonderful and friendly bridal consultant I was presented with several amazing dresses! Each dress was more beautiful than the last. I couldn't decide which gown I loved most since I loved parts of a few dresses. My consultant informed me that I could have a dress custom made with the top of one dress and the bottom of another! Oh my goodness ... THAT WAS MY DREAM DRESS! The price to do that was pretty reasonable, too. I had to sleep on it and I was never pressured to make a quick decision. I went back a few days later and purchased my one of a kind custom wedding gown. My entire experience at Bridal Gallery was phenomenal. YVONNE'S IS SO GREAT! I rarely write reviews, but me, my mom, and my bridesmaids all have had a great experience each time we have been there. I have worked with Susan, Linda, Kayla, Hillary, Gail, and Yvonne too! They are so helpful. I'm glad we found all of our dresses there. Wonderful experience. You must go to The Bridal Gallery. The experience was very private as we worked within the private bridal suites they have. Rather than being on the main sales floor with tons of teenagers shopping for prom dresses. They worked within my budget to find me a perfect gown! My mother was also able to find a gorgeous gown as they have the largest selection of mothers gowns. All the gowns came in perfect including the bridesmaids gowns my girls puchased The alterations on my gown was amazing. Truly a custom fit. The unique bustle they did was customized to my dress was amazing! My experince was unbelivable. The whole staff was there and able to answer any questions I had throughout the whole process. Between the private experience, unbelievable customer service, large selection of gowns and flawless experience this is by far the place to go! more

I have the best experience at the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne. They were so helpful with my wedding gown experience. When I first made an appointment I was unsure the reasoning behind making appointments. When I arrived I realized I was making a ""reservation"" for the huge bridal suite they offer! This suite is where I was able to try on dresses in a intimate setting instead of being out with a 100 prom girls. Pros: Large Selection of Gowns, Great employees who are knowledgable, great alterations, great owner!! Cons: ZERO more

The experience started out great with Bridal Gallery by Yvonne, the folks were very accommodating and I thought the prices were affordable. Then I decided to only get my bridesmaids gowns there and to go elsewhere for you bridal dress and it all fell apart. My girls were measured for their gowns, and then called back in to be ?remeasured,? as the first time was incorrect. This led to one girl being sold a dress that was far too small for her. When she called and told them she needed help with having it made bigger, and that it needed to be done ASAP, the told her to find another seamstress. Also, due to my own fault, the dresses were ordered late, but I was told I could pay a ?rush fee,? of $200 for 6 dresses, which I did. The dresses were scheduled to ship on June 20th and arrive on the 28th. When I called the week of the 28th to be sure they shipped, they hadn?t yet, and no one had called me to let me know. They didn?t ship until 2 weeks before the non-rush ship day, but I still had to pay the $200. Not to mention that they refused to help the girls with the alterations in any kind of rushed fashion. When I sent them a letter to ask what would happen if my dresses did not arrive on time, I never heard back from them. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants things done and done right. The service was wonderful and I did not feel at all pressured to buy a gown on my firtst visit. The prices were good, and I was only shown gowns in my price range. They accodmodated me even though I was not scheduled due to a mix-up on my part. They were great! Pros: Great Service, Beautiful Gowns Cons: Smaller Selection more
