The staff of Bridal Exclusives alterations are perfect, and the person who assisted me was very patient with my many questions and indecision. She added straps to a strapless gown for me, and took my vision, and made it even better than I had imagined! The gown was gorgeous, and I looked perfect on my wedding day, thanks to the rest of their staff. I will surely spread the good reviews that just here online but to everyone that I know! more

Bridal Exclusives was the first place I went to purchase a wedding dress, and it was also the last. There was no need to go anywhere else because BE is such a great shop! They knew exactly what I was looking for! Their crew was very accommodating when it comes to making appointments. They make sure to focus their full attention without any pressure. The dresses are all of a kind. They will also make the appropriate changes in order to customize it to fit your style. Bridal Exclusives was the only shop that did not let me fill out paperwork prior to the appointment. Instead they created a comfortable atmosphere to have a conversation which drew out my attention. The staff was was amazing with picking out dresses after I gave them a brief description of what I liked. They worked hard to keep the dresses in my budget. Once we started trying on dresses they did everything they could to give me an idea of how it would look with other accessories. They were able to give me honest advice and never pushed me into making a decision. After trying on a whole bunch of dresses, I found the perfect dress! Thanks a bunch! more

Bridal Exclusive was amazing. They are stern in how many dresses you try on but it makes you make a decision, because it is easy to try on all the beautiful gowns. They have great quality dresses, but yes that means a higher price. I definitely appreciate the quality of my dress as I hop to one day wear it to renew my vows to my husband and pass it down to a potential daughter. I went here to try on dresses first, didn't make a decision and tried a few other places around town. After trying the couple other places, I knew I had found a gem right off the bat and headed back to Bridal Exclusive to get the job done. their staff were super helpful, the plan was great for paying off my dress, their additional location for fitting was a bit hard to find at first, but the staff at that location was also very helpful and knowledgeable. After my wedding was over, I brought my dress back in to have it sent in for preservation and it was delivered back to my house within three weeks and it looked beautiful! more

Let's be honest: if you've watched an episode of Say Yes to the Dress, you know how you expect a bridal appointment to go. My first experience at a local store in my hometown was so terrible, I didn't bother looking for a dress again until my mom suggested shopping while we were in Oregon, about a year and a half later. The store I initially wanted to go to was closed and, on a whim, my mom found Bridal Exclusives. She spoke to Andrea on the phone and booked us a same-day appointment. I was definitely apprehensive and initially approached the experience defensively. Andrea had a few phone calls to make and encouraged us to look around at the selections. We pulled a couple options and after we accumulated a few, Andrea asked me what style I was looking for and what I was drawn to. She kindly nixed a few of the dresses we'd pulled and suggested other options, even ones I wouldn't have looked twice at. I'm a curvier bride and my confidence was pretty beaten after that first time dress shopping, but Andrea made me feel awesome, and her selections were so appropriate for my shape. She was funny, kind, patient, and intuitive. When I couldn't decide between three dresses, she told me that we could spend all day trying them on until I made a decision. In the end, it was one of Andrea's selections that I ended up falling in love with! I spent my entire appointment feeling like a VIP. I purchased a beautiful ball gown for about $2000 with all the accessories and additions, which was the number I originally stated when Andrea asked me my budget. I have to go back in September for my fitting and I truly can't wait to visit Andrea at Bridal Exclusives again! more

First things first, they don't deserve a star at all! I wouldn't even be giving them one if this site didn't make me in order to proceed. I went here in October of 2010 to find my wedding dress. I found the one that I loved and bought EVERYTHING to go with it from the slip to the earrings. Well my wedding ended up being pushed back due to health and financial issues. When I finally went in to finish paying off my dress and pick everything up (which I had an appointment for), I was DEVASTATED!!! I went to Finishing Touch to pick everything up, and Suzi, couldn't find ANY of my items!!! She told me she would thoroughly search the store after they closed and deliver the items to my house personally. I left feeling completely lost and in tears. I went back to Bridal Exclusives to see if they knew what had happened, and all the store manager could tell me is that ""we've never lost a dress before. That can't be possible. I'm sure it will turn up."" My response to that was ""well obviously it can, cause you just lost everything I had just paid for!!"" She was too busy behind the desk and wouldn't make any time for me or their problem. Every sales person there could hear how ""bridezilla"" I had become. I just couldn't believe it! I left with no answers and no product because my finance and I had plans that night. I couldn't even enjoy our date night because I was so upset about what was going on with my dress and things. Suzi called me late that night to inform me that she couldn't find any of my merchandise. I was devastated! I didn't know whether to cry, or punch something! She told me that I could come back into the store in a couple of days and pick out anything that I wanted, no matter what the price, at no additional charge. Not my ideal situation, since they no longer carried ""my"" dress, but it was better than nothing and I was willing to give it a shot. I went in and found something else that I liked. I don't love it, but after everything, I just want to be done with them. It's been about 2 months since all that happened and so far things aren't going so well. I asked them if everything could just be shipped directly to my house based on the situation and was told no. So I told them that I wanted a phone call every time something came in so that I could come and pick it up and know where my stuff was at all times. They said no problem. I have not received any phone calls at all. I've been the one having to call them! I've found out that everything is in except for my dress (which they said should be here by the first week in June) and my earrings, which they said have been shipped, but they don't know where they are......MAJOR RED FLAG!!!! I swear if they lose anything again, I will go completely NUTS!!! I was told that everything had been shipped to the Bridgeport location and that when my dress and earrings came in, they would be bringing them to Clackamas. I told them no, that I would go and pick it all up in Bridgeport and she gave me the number to call them to set up an appt to go and get it. I've now been trying to call for almost 30 minutes and no one's answering. It has their hours posted online as being open for at least another 2 hours. This has been the WORST experience in the entire process of this wedding!! I would NEVER recommend this company or anyone they're associated with to ANYONE EVER!! I've had 4 people I know either get married this year, or will be getting married later this year, and I've told everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible!!! more
