9 of 11 tuxes were severly incorrect. 2 had to be delivered to us day of the wedding. 5 out of 5 dresses that were altered were sloppy or never quite correct. 4 out of 7 dresses purchased had mechanical issues (zippers or clasps that failed). Customer service was hit or miss - either spectacular, or horrid. Phone call with the manager to address these issues provided NO resolution - or even empathy to the situation.\r

STAY AWAY! I will pass the word as far as I can. If I had it to do over, I would never have given my business to this store.
