Bridal Emporium

I was pleasantly surprised that my sales consultant wasn't pushy at all. I brought pictures along to show her what gowns I liked, and I named designers whose styles I liked. In a room full of gowns (in plastic covers), she pointed out gowns that I would probably like and encouraged us to look around for more styles we would want to try on. She was tremendously helpful when I asked her about whether a gown would be suitable for an outdoor wedding, what type of veil would be appropriate, in an hour and half, I must have tried on 8-10 gowns. I went early in the morning 9:45 on Sat. so sales people aren't tired and frustrated, if they didn't make a sale that day yet; Ask for Ronette. more

WOW! What a special experience I had at The Bridal Emporium. I was very surprised by the polite manner and happy feel when I walked in. From the white walls, the gowns lined up in beautiful arrangements to the wonderful associates who work there. Everyone was so kind (and owner who I met). All the consultants always wanting to see what every bride looks like when they walk out into the big room to look in that huge mirror. I felt special, like I was the only bride to be seen at that moment. I think that?s the point in being a bride! We all want to feel special. I can?t thank Diana enough (my bridal consultant). SHE WAS AMAZING! I truly felt I got the lucky end of the deal. She was appointed to me randomly and I could not have been happier. It was the luck of the draw! I knew what dress I wanted to try on unfortunately, at the time The Bridal Emporium did not have a sample. I was so upset but, The Bridal Emporium had them special order it from the designer for me to try on there. Sh more
