Elizabeth Johns is the first bridal salon I visited shortly after I was engaged and it was the best experience that I had. Rachel Pores was amazing. She paid close attention to details and was very patient with me. The salon is such a beautiful boutique and there were so many options to suit my needs. Excellent customer service. more

Amazing Bridal Salon 3/24/2013

I went to Elizabeth John's on Saturday to look for my wedding dress. I didn't know what to expect and certainly wasn't expecting to find "the" dress. Rachel was a fantastic consultant - she made me feel totally comfortable and I felt as though she were there as part of my support team! I felt truly special and all my needs were attended to. I'm so glad I found my dress at Elizabeth John's! I would highly recommend this salon to any bride looking for the perfect dress! more

Classy and Elegant 3/7/2013

I didn't know what to expect from EJ's because this was my first bridal appointment (I had one prior at David's Bridal, but I wouldn't even call that a bridal appointment!). I was very impressed with the service at EJ's. Dina and the rest of the staff were lovely and took the time to make me and my mom feel welcome and comfortable. I recommend EJ's to any one who is looking for a personal and pleasant bridal experience! more

I was dreading the dress shopping process because I was afraid that consultants would be pushy and the dresses would be in poor shape from so much on and off. I was more than pleasantly surprised by my experience at Elizabeth Johns. The store is beautiful, full of light and open. My consultant was helpful, patient, and understanding, and they added some nice customer service touches. So happy I ended up there to buy my dress! more

Great, as usual! 3/4/2013

I bought my dress at Elizabeth Johns last summer and just purchased all of my accessories at their recent Maria Elena trunk show. As usual, the service was amazing! When I arrived they already had my dress in the fitting room waiting for me to try on with all of the accessories. The most impressive thing was that Dina, my gown consultant, had already showed the woman from Maria Elena my hairstyle ideas so she knew exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait for my dress to come in next month! more

Classy! Professiona! 2/24/2013

I have been to over 8 bridal shops in NY/NJ and this one is by far the best for their customer service, professional expertise, friendly atmosphere, and a gorgeous store...it was worth the 1 hr. drive...all the staff is friendly, well knowledgeable in their merchandise, very helpful and supportive...no pressure! Calm, relaxed atmosphere! more

Such a gem of a place. I am so glad I went. Very bright, very clean. You can browse through the dresses on your own. They all have price tags on them so you don't fall in love over budget. My consultant Dina was patient, no pressure and really understood my vision. She also accessorizied my look which is so helpful to have it all done with the dress on. Also, cookies and champagne. Could not have had a better experience! more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Elizabeth Johns. Not only is the dress selection top notch but the staff is amazing (from the receptionist to the sales associates to the seamstress). Dina was the associate who helped me -- she is the BEST! She turned a relatively stressful process to a fun and relaxing event. She is so patient and has such great taste! I would highly recommend Elizabeth Johns. more

A wonderful and personalized experience 1/19/2013

My appointment with Dina went beyond all of my expectations. I could tell from the moment that I met her that she understood my style and the look that I was going for. She was spot on with everything that she selected. In addition to making sure that I was at ease throughout the entire process, Dina made sure that my mother and future mother-in-law were comfortable as well. I could not have asked for a better experience at Elizabeth Johns! more

I'm not a big wedding person. I like simple and elegant without flare. Elizabeth John understood this and gave me the low key treatment I wanted. At the same time they were able to give other future brides in the store the hype of the wedding experience that they wanted. I appreciate the versatility. I had a wonderful time there and Patti was amazing!! Its a bit of a drive to get there from NYC but I definitely recommend!! more

I've been a bridesmaid a few times and each time remembered how terrible the experience was at each bridal salon. I was a little hesitant now that it was my turn as the bride but EJ totally surprised me. The service is exceptional and everyone is so nice and helpful. They made me feel at ease during a time that can be very stressful. They listened to my likes/dislikes and I found the perfect dress! I would definitely recommend them! more

This was the first –and last place I visited to find the perfect dress. From the minute we walked in the door, they were very attentive to my group. My consultant, Rachel, was more than I could've ever asked for. She was very attentive to every detail, and yet not overwhelming. Just from the pictures I provided, she gauged my style perfectly and picked out THE dress on the first try! And I never once felt pressured to buy a dress! All the other shops we visited didn't even compare. more

Amazing Store & Service 11/28/2012

This place is a breath of fresh air! My BMs and I worked with Janice and she was beyond helpful.When we arrived, someone promptly offered us coffee.We had just come from another boutique which left such a bad taste in our mouths, and Janice managed to turn our moods around instantly. I wish I had found this store before I purchased my wedding dress.When I first read all the 5 star reviews, I was skeptical that they were made up, now I know first hand this place truly stands out above the rest! more

Excellent Bridal Salon 11/25/2012

I travelled over 45 min. to visit this boutique and it was well worth the trip. I spent 2 hrs. viewing dresses for my son's wedding and the staff was very welcoming, helpful, friendly, courteous, and patient. There was no pressure to make a decision. Staff is knowledgeable about their merchandise and very informative...will definitely go back and make a choice! more

This is a fantastic boutique, my bridal consultant was wonderful. My fiance' was amazed with her performance. She took the time to listen to what I had in mind & produce bridal dresses on the input I give her. Her pick of a dress was the charm, her experience & patience is a treasure. Beautiful Space and Wonderful Service, Gorgeous Gowns 11/11/2012

The boutique is beautiful, easy to find, and has wonderful service. There's a lot of natural light coming into the space, which has a really nice effect on the way I was able to see the dresses on myself. The dressing rooms were lovely and spaceous, and Rachel, my consultant for the day, was wonderfully helpful and kind. I felt very devoid of stress, and the gowns were reasonably priced and gorgeous. more
