I want real fashion help as I don't know what kind of dress looks good on my odd shape. They are honest, if it is not right they will tell you. It is different at other shops where they tell you everything is wonderful even if you know its not. I know you can buy the same dress at a lot of other places including maybe on line but why trust that most important dress of your life to anyone that you don?t personally know will have your best interest at heart and take care of you. I have heard stories of the Chinese factories that promise you a designer dress but what you get is a poorly made knock off. I have read the other reviews and I know no one is perfect but if your heart is in the right place the effort will be made to do the right thing. These people definitely have their heart right and therefore their efforts are always on the bride?s side. On selection, I like the dresses to be ?In touch? with current styles. I also appreciate it when the owner/buyer takes the time to go to the bridal buying markets out of state to personally select dresses that brides in my area are interested in. I feel they have been pre-selected from the best of the thousands of styles out there. This salon does that. Value to me is more than just price. It means a fair price, confidence in their follow through and service after the initial deposit. It is a peace of mind that comes with knowing they have the years of experience and therefore they have seen and handled the many obstacles that can crop up. If it sounds like I know bridal shops it is because I do. I have to been to 12 shops in this area and out of state. I put my trust in Bella Vista Bridal and strongly suggest you would be wise to do so too. You will be delighted. more

The service at Bridal Elegance was the best I experienced. And I had been ALL OVER the place!...Brinkley Lowes, everywhere in northwest Arkansas, and this place made Tulsa worth the trip not just once, but twice. The ladies at Bridal Elegance were so wonderful and honest. The selection of dresses and prices were GREAT. They were all about doing whatever it took to get you the dress you wanted. The staff at Bridal Elegance really put the highest priority in servicing their brides. I recently bought my wedding gown from there. Right when I walked into the store, I was greeted by 2 friendly people. I told them what type of dress I wanted, and they immediately went to work on looking for dresses in that style for me. They were both very knowledgeable and had the answer to my every question and dilemma. I wanted straps on my dress, and the ladies were able to sew straps on it for me. My dress was steamed, pressed, and bustled, and was all ready for my wedding day, which is NEXT WEEK!! When I went to go pick it up, they had it hung up with the train laid out so that it would not wrinkle, and then, they put it in a nice garment bag, which is GREAT because I had my kids with me at the time and was worried about how I would get the dress home without the kids dirtying it! Bridal Elegance made sure that I was completely taken care of with no worries about anything regarding my dress! I wish that I could tell the world how much they put my mind at ease, but this is the best I can do! more

this store may be small and not in the popular part of town, but it is a unique bridal shop with a lot of dresses to choose from. i found my wedding dress here and it is beautiful, and got it for half price!! Pros: GREAT DRESSES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Cons: some rude customers more
