My daughter found her dress on line and after visiting several shops that had the dress, we found it at Bridal Elegance. We were there 4 hours deciding between the dress she had found and another gorgeous dress and never once felt rushed. All dresses there are better priced than any other bridal shop in the area and you can take pictures of the gown's to help decide. All other shops that we visited strictly prohibited that. Mary was a blessing! Her advice on what looked good on the bride was right on but she always took into account what the bride was dreaming of. She was never pushy or rude like you can find in other shops. Even after they moved to Short Pump they made sure that my daughter's gown was ready and the alterations were done to perfection. It's family run and they really care about making it special. It was such a lovely experience and is now a wonderful memory! When my other daughter gets married we won't go anywhere else! more

I did not wind up buying my dress here, but it had nothing to do with their service or selection. I just didn't find "The Dress" here (but did find the runner up!) The service here is great, and they have a very large selection of gowns! The ladies were very helpful and gave superior service over most of the bridal shops I visited. more

I purchased my wedding gown from Bridal Elegance. The primary reason for my choice of this store was their amazing prices. My dress was $400 less then another local store. After my purchase, I learned many more reasons to love this store. They knew who I was every time I walked in, and always knew exactly why I was there. They did an excellent job with my alterations and made great recommendations for accessories. Overall, I think their services are unbeatable. more
