I was married 4 years ago and I got everything (my dress, bridesmaids, tuxes, both the mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses). All of the dresses were nice, but EVERY single employee at the time was rude about one thing or another. I have had to go to the Bridal Connection for MANY of my friends' weddings over the years, and everytime they are rude. Even Cindy was rude yesterday when I went in. I honestly believe they are still in business because they are the only place in town to go to.
Pros: Great dresses at a good price
Cons: RUDE is the word I would use to desribe all employees
