Bridal Connection

Had a wonderful experience. I accompanied my niece on her mission to find ""the"" dress. We were greeted by a very nice woman with a British accent. She helped my niece pick out a few gowns to try on. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel very special. more

I was in this store today 5/14/2011 and had the most horrible shopping experience I have ever had. At the time I went there around 5 p.m. there was a lady that asked me when my wedding was I let her know I had a jp ceremony but wanted to have a church ceremony and had not set a date yet. She proceeded to tell me that I had to set a date and a budget and come back I then told her that was fine but I wanted to look at dresses she said yeah but you need to set a budget and said here here is a website you can look at dresses there and handed me a card. I then asked her if the wedding dresses were on that wall (the left wall) she said yes and as I was pulling dresses out to look at she was ""arranging"" the dresses I had just looked at standing like two inches from me, keep in mind i'm not taking them off the hanger just looking at them from the rack. She didn't say a word to me the whole time I was looking but did tell the other lady that was working that she had a customer. I want to start looking at dresses because I am planning on surprising my husband a Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps that is deployed in Afghanistan with a small church wedding when he comes back. I wanted to start looking for a dress ASAP as my husband is coming back in just 4 months. Never had I felt so unwelcomed at a store. I went in that store in the hopes of finding and buying a dress; needless to say I will never come back to this store nor do I recommend this store. Out of the two ladies that were there the one that was rude was the spanish speaking lady who as we were leaving finally decided to speak again to say bye thank you in spanish to us. more

I will never shop in this store again!!!! Manager lied about having a certain wedding dress in the store. When I went back and spoke to a sales rep we found out that the manager lied. The sales rep sold us the dress off the rack with the managers approval. However she continues to be rude every time we enter the store for alterations. If this dress comes up missing after I paid for it I will sue them! Manager is extremely rude!!!!!!!! Don't shop there!!!!!!!! more

Worst customer service! Manager is horrible and does not care if she sells you a dress or not, she has ""people waiting in line"" to get dresses and people""like me"" come in all the time. This was because I inquired about a 10% discount that another store was offering me. No nice way to put it. On top of that, she hid the dress so I could not see what size it was that I tried on. I already knew the size, however she felt that by hiding the dress and the size it would be harder for me to go elsewhere. I found the dress for $100 less a one of the competitors!! Horrible woman, horrible business...STAY AWAY!!! more

The manager was extremely rude. Even though we had an appointment she was unprepared. The store had not been cleaned and the dresses had not been made ready to try on. There are othere complaints regarding this store and the manager on the web. For an enjoyable experience you are much better off purchasing your dress elsewhere. more

Bridal Connection was a life saver for my daughter's 15th b-day, after having a horrible experience with another bridal shop here in SA. It's kind of a long story, but if it hadn't been for Bridal Connection my daughter would have ended up wearing an old prom dress for her party. In about 3 months I was able to order her gown, have it delivered, and do alterations. That was a huge load off my shoulders and my daughter was so happy with the dress. They were very helpful and very nice. My only problem was that the manager had a very strong accent and had a problem understanding me a couple of times but nothing that wasn't resolved right away. By the way, if your interested in knowing the shop I had a problem with just read my review on Letty's. Pros: Very helpful and nice more
