Bridal Classiques

I only gave 1 star because I could not give 0 stars! This is the absolute worst store in Tulsa to do any bridal shopping. Story: We ordered tuxes for our wedding several months in advance. Our situation was a little non-standard, but we were assured by the owner and one of her employees that everything would be fine and this wasn't the first time they had a special request like ours. We called to confirm several times to check and make sure everything was going alright. Well, not three days before we're scheduled to leave for the wedding, we go in to check on the status of the tuxes. They haven't been ordered and we're now told that the special instructions that Bridal Classiques told us would be no problem are now an issue. We have THREE DAYS before we leave and the OWNER of this store told us maybe we need to look at another alternative! Unbelievable! Horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! STAY AWAY! WARN YOUR FRIENDS! DO NOT SHOP HERE! more

Bridal Classiques is where my friend ordered her bridesmaids dresses from. They have a great selection of designers and styles. They can also order many styles that they don't carry in the store. My only complaint is that their staff is quite rude. Their salon was one of the nicest we had been to though. They also don’t let you take pictures which I think is ridiculous. more
