great food bad waitress 2/29/2012

i have never been treated so rudely in my life...i remember the waitress' name was leslie...i will never eat there again which is unfortunate because they have awesome food...i spent way over 100$ that night in food and alcohol...there was a gentleman named bob i think who made my drinks and what an awesome guy...he definitly made up for my rude and nasty waitress, it was like she just didnt care whether we were happy or not! if the owner cares he should have a talk with this lady and explain that custom service is the main thing in waiting tables...if u dont wanna b nice get another job!! more

I've had better. WAY better. 4/15/2009

My husband and I sat in the bar, where children were running around everywhere and screaming. (I think they might have been the owner's children.) As far as the food goes, it was okay, pizza was a little burnt. (better than geno's, but thats not saying much.) It was definitly over priced for what we got. It was an overall bad experience, We will definetly not go back! Pros: Nothing really. Cons: Too much to name. more

Best Pizza in the High Country 3/7/2009

To the review before me: it is totally unfair to rate your experience with your server on the timing of your food as that is not his/her fault, it is the kitchen's and don't decide that this is a bad restaurant because you had a server who wasn't that great. Hey, it may have been her first day or she may have been completely slammed. This is a good restaurant, with a friendly atmosphere and great food. Give a try or two or three or four even! :) Pros: great menu slection Cons: small, a little crowded more

Good Food, Lousy Waitress 5/28/2008

Brickstone had a great stromboli, and their menu has a number of good choices. The restaurant is not especially clean or comfortable. Our waitress was a complete disaster. We never got drink refills, she brought out one person's meal approximately 5 minutes before everyone else got their food. Then she didn't ever serve us two salads that we ordered. She promised to bring them out immediately, but never did. After we finished our meal she asked, ""Do you want me to take those salads off your bill?"". I politely replied, ""Well, since we never got them, I'd hate to have to pay for them."" On a happier note, the food was good. Pros: Food Cons: Incompent Waitress more
