Brick Pizziaria Cafe

We went to Brick oven last night and it was "THE WORST" customer service experience we have encountered. My family sat at the big table in the middle which was clean. We watched as people came in and sat at dirty tables and the waitresses would come and clean their tables and wait on them. They ignored us the whole time. 3 groups or couples came in after us and recieved service before we did. I finally asked one of the waitresses why everyone was being waiting on and us being ignored and she said " those are her tables and these are mine". I am very upset about this happening. She took no accountability to go and ask the other girl and left us sitting there. We waited almost 20 minutes and no service. We finally got up and left. I love the food there, and after last week's slow service I thought about not going back. This experience sealed the deal for us. Too bad for you. I have been singing your praises about food and new menu, but will not do that nay longer. I hope you get this problem fixed and get some more help. more

We stopped in on our way back home from Asheville, My sister lives in Tryon and she told us how great brick oven was, I agree the pizza was wonderful, but the service we received not so good. May be they were having a bad night. we will go bad for the food, maybe go earlier or call in to get it to go. more

The Brick has excellent pizza, subs, and pasta dishes. They usually have a daily special. It's a small restaurant - but the food is worth the wait if they are packed! more
