Brian is a great guy who won't try to scare you into repairs you don't need, and will give you the best price in town. His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint.\r \r I highly recommend Brian's Automotive. I plan to go back many times over the next few months to get my 13 year old car in tip top order again! I am posting this review all over the web - he absolutely has a new loyal customer in me! more

Brian's Automotive is Fantastic ! Very Happy with Them ! 3/2/2008

I was very pleased with my experience @ Brian's Automotive. Brian is an ASE Certified Master Mechanic & is very friendly, fair, and honest. They are also an ASA member shop. I had taken my late model BMW to a number of different shops including the dealer for a hesitation and stalling problem to no avail and at great expense. Brian's fixed my car properly at much less cost than I had already incurred, and they did it in one day. The shop was clean and well organized and I highly recommend them. more

GREAT SERVICE, FAIR PRICES, HONEST & HIGHLY QUALIFIED ! 2/29/2008

I was very well pleased with my experience at Brian's Automotive. The shop was very clean, well organized, and all of the equipment appeared to be top notch. Brian is an ASE certified Master Mechanic and is very friendly, honest, and competent, he has been at the same location since 1975.The shop is also an ASA member shop. I had taken my late model BMW to 3 different shops including the dealer for a hesitation & stalling issue at great expense and no results. Brian's fixed my car properly the same day at much less cost than I had already incurred. I highly recommend them ! Pros: Great Service, Honest, Fair prices, ASE Certified Master Mechanic, clean shop, hard to beat ! more

Auto Repair 9/30/2005

I took my car there once to be repaired because it was over heating all the time. I paid for it to be repaired and when I got it back, the same thing was happening. The problem was never gone! I took it back immediately assuming I would not be charged and I was! I argued with them about it, but nothing changed. I ended up taking it somewhere else. PROS: Fast service CONS: Poor customer service more

  • Preventive Maintenance Greatly Extends the Life of your Vehicle and should be done in a Timely Manner. We are Qualified to Perform Factory Maintenance Service at recommended intervals such as 30, 60, 90K inspections. Your Manufacturers Warranty will not be affected. You are permitted by law to take your car anywhere you choose for these services. You will be given a print out of all work performed as recommended by the manufacturer for your records. Once your vehicle is out of warranty, we highly recommend the continuation of periodic maintenance. We also test, flush, and change brake fluid, perform power steering fluid flushes, coolant and transmission flushes, engine oil flushes, and many other maintenance procedures.
