After I finally got my own place, I found my ""great deal""was not such a great deal. The home inspector I used prior to buying missed most of the plumbing and heating problems. my parents have been using Walteria Plumbing since the 1950's. I remember Brian Mack changing my parents water heater back in the 1970's, when he was a long haired teenage plumbers apprentice. He owns the company now. Not only did he fix several problems, but he went over the plumbing and heating (I have natural gas) for the entire house (preventive maintenance and future remodel). He said if I change the anode on the water heater regularly, I can greatly prolong it's life. He also showed me where all the emergency shut off valves where. (I did not even know what a shut off valve was.). I was very happy with the work done and the price.
