Good: Bria is where I go when my body isn't working well. I tend to be somewhat inconsistent about exercise, and when I get stressed I really pay the price. But pilates has been such a wonderful healing experience every time I return. Strengthening muscles and relaxing tension all at the same time. Even one private session with Abigail makes such a huge difference, as she also knows Alexander Technique methods. I also appreciate that they have all the pilates equipment as I like to do more than just the reformer.. Bad: It tends to be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Sometimes parking is tight in the evenings..
