Just had Brew City Movers move my father to an assisted living apt. I really enjoyed Austin and Dedric. My sister recently used Brew City Movers to move her 1 bedroom apt. Movers were over 2 hours late and did not call to notify. Her stereo, dvd player and several electronic cables were stolen during the move. The owner, Tim, was rude and took over a week longer than stated to remit payment for the stolen items. Additionally, the owner's wife called and harassed my mother at 9PM because payment had been stopped on the check, pending remittance for payment for the stolen items. Additionally, this company is not BBB accredited as the owner claimed. Disgustingly unprofessional company. more

Horrible horrible horrible! Never showed up with all my items. Repeated calls went unanswered. Basically stole my property! Timothy Angellotti is a RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL criminal in my opinion. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will steal ur stuff!!!!! Still waiting for the rest of my property! more

I was very pleased with my move. The guys were really nice and professional. They took really good care of my items by wrapping them up and using big blankets to protect items. As much as I hated moving, Brew City Movers made it easy. It was well worth the money spent! I'd highly recommend them. more

On the recommendation of a neighbor,I called Tim.I should have Googled him first. Terribly unprofessional movers. All part-timers not worried about job security.Treated my things like baggage handlers would. Many things arrived scratched,broken or both.On a 3 mile move!Totally under estimated hours and number of trips,by design,to get my business.Personally watched a cherished mirror shatter in my driveway and 100 days later am still empty handed.Told me twice he just had to pick it up from the glazier. Told me last week broken frame is still on the original truck.He lies so often he can't keep them straight.Asked about Senior discount or coupon.Yes to senior(didn't get it)actually has 20% off coupon I recently found in Yellow Pages.Receipt is a blank piece of paper.Don't help him defraud you and the government too.If you need to move junk,use them,because that is how your personal items will be treated. more

Here is the email I sent them after the move: Just wanted to let you know that Justin and Carl did a great job for us yesterday. They were on time, friendly, fast, did everything they could to get the treadmill out of the basement (it wouldn't clear the top of the stairs doorway opening; it had been put together in the basement and I didn't realize there was going to be a problem), found the apartment in Verona smoothly, didn't do any damage, etc etc etc. Thank you and thank them! The only thing at all I could say to improve the operation would be simply to have your 'logo' on your receipt so that it says who was paid (this because our son will be reimbursed by his employer for the move and the receipt says nothing about 'moving'). I had alot of of difficult items, glass, big furniture, flat screen tv etc... the movers came in and wraped up all the furniture and tv's and delivered without a scratch!! They arrived when scheduled and actually finished ahead of quote time which saved me some much needed money. The workers were very interactive with me and my wife and showed concern for all items moved not just the big ticket items. I would recommend these movers to anyone looking for affordable movers that really seemed to care about there customers. Pros: Professional, hard workers, affordable prices Cons: Couldn't find any more

they show up 4 hours late. I had to call them to remind them about the appt. He says they will show up after they eat lunch! The movers are very unprofessional. Did not care about any of my property. I want to tell them to leave and hire a new mover but I needed to move from my apt today. I would never go through this place again!! They overcharged me and said they could not give me a receipt because they had no paper! What a joke.. So BAD!! I still cant believe they are in business.. Cons: LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL more
