Before I start this review let me say I used to work here so I know what goes on behind the scenes.\r \r Do not take your car here! The owner cuts corners when he can (which is often), the employee turnover rate it huge because he doesn't give promised hours or raises, and more times than not when a car is damaged they try to cover it up. Like Valarie said when they were to "busy" to clean the car; they were not. It was the employees and manager being lazy and not wanting to do extra work. It is fairly common to for employees to steal out of customers cars so be careful what you leave in them, and I know for a fact some empoyees come to work high and drunk.\r \r So take your car here at your own risk. more

I have never written a review before - always looking for the brighter side. I read the other reviews before going, but went anyway... only to have the same bad service. There was only 1 truck in front of me when I pulled up, but it still took 45 minutes to run it through, and then I had to pull into a parking lot and finish drying it and cleaning the wheel covers. The car is only 2 months old - it wasn't even that dirty yet! more

I took my car to Breton Village Auto Wash to have it detailed. During the process of detailing it, they broke my car stereo. When I confronted them on this, I was referred to the owner. The owner stated that they didn't do it and were not responsible for fixing it. He didn't even offer me a free wash or anything.\r \r Don't take your car there! While I was there, I saw another man who had been locked out of his car by one of the employees and they were sticking him with the wrecker bill to get back into his vehicle. I gave the man the web address for ripoffreport.com and told him to at least list his complaint here as I am doing. They scratched my vehicle, denied it and were rude when I wanted to talk about it. I would never trust my car there. Go anyplace else if you care about your car. Pros: None Cons: They lie more

While cleaning my car, Breton Village Auto Wash in Grand Rapids, Michigan ripped a 6 inch whole in my seat. They refused to pay for the repair and didn't even offer me a free wash or anything. In addition they locked my keys in my car and I had to pay a wrecker service $50 to get into it. Pros: Convienient Location Cons: Bad Customer Service, Ruined my Seat, Locked me out of my car more

The car wash is fantastic! You exit your vehicle for this quality car wash. Soft brushes are used on your car to avoid scratching. As your car exits the wash, a team of employees enter your car and vacuum and dust the inside as well. You leave in a clean car from top to bottom! This is the only car wash that I feel gets my entire car clean. more

For about ten dollars, your call will be clean inside and out! At Breton Village Auto Wash, professional and friendly employees will make your car shine in moments. You pick a package (many, many choices), drop off your car and wait (usually less than ten minutes). I recommend placing valuables in your trunk beforehand. This car wash is great. They are a full service car wash. They also offer express detaling, interior cleaning, and complet detaling. They do a great job, and the prices are comparble to other places that do detailing. Would definelty recommend it. more
