David Breston is an extremely terrible criminal defense attorney. When you inquire about hiring him, he will say what you want to hear and fill you with false promise and hope. Pretty much as soon as you sign the papers and are represented by him, he drops the act. I won't get into specifics but here are just a few of the things which make him an absolutely awful lawyer: -Before you pay him, if you ask questions about your case and how he would go about defending you, he will not be forthcoming and will insist that you hire him first. He even gave me the line: "I can't legally help you if you haven't hired me as your attorney yet." This is BS, any lawyer worth his salt would be more than willing to give you a free consultation regarding your case. And as if to reaffirm this fact, he didn't even give us basic information such as what his approach to my case would be, or what possible consequences I am facing. Can you guess why? Because the check hadn't cleared yet. \r
