Bad situation 6/26/2012

My daughter was caught driving under the influence of marijuana and not only that but she also had some drinks, I didn’t know what to do as a parent I was lost for a couple days until I took action and decided to get her a lawyer with the help of Breston We were able to get the judge to dismiss her case and place her in a program. My son was charged with Possession and DWI. David convinced the prosecutors to dismiss the Possession charge and let my son into the Divert Program so that if he successfully completes the program the DWI will also be dismissed. I know that is a great outcome and I am very pleased with David. more
