The rent here is SO CHEAP!!! The best price and service in this area no doubt. The grounds are kept very clean and the staff here are all very friendly. These apartments are in a great location too. They are right off of I30 and close to Walmart and Target. There's also a Care Now and a Ross just down the street. After 8 months of living here, I have no complaints. more

New Mgmt is Great 11/18/2008

This property has been completely re-done like new and has the best workout area, working entrance/exit gates plus the best prices I found all around the area. I love the location right off 30 and Eastchase. It's been obvious the new management really cares. Clean, safe and convenient...priceless. Pros: Pet Friendly more
