Professional and Good Value 10/19/2011

We called/contacted several companies for bids for the removal to two sizable cypress due to drought conditions. One company no showed us for their initial bid, another kept referencing how we were such a small job compared to their commercial accounts. Of the three companies all three claimed to have bonding/insurance without bothering to provide any documentation to that effect. Likewise, all three came back with higher bids than provided by Brent's Tree Service. Will from Brent's Tree Service came out promptly and even called to let us know they would be arriving a few minutes after the initially scheduled time for their estimate. Will provided us with an estimate on the spot, a copy of their insurance coverage, and explained what to expect throughout the process. We especially appreciated how he addressed both myself and my domestic partner while giving us a quote. Both Will and the Brent's Tree Service employees were prompt, professional, courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. All I can say is WOW! 9/15/2011

I just bought a Groupon for Tree Trimming and knew we were way over due. Darrel came out to do an estimate and they were able to come right out the next day..which was TODAY! 9/15. I drove up as they were just finishing clean up and I had to slow the car down to soak it all in! What a difference in the view of the house, which we are trying to sell!, AND the fact that the TREES and now go TALLER instead of WIDER! It was hard to mow each season because of the new low growth. NOW...all the difference! You must come by to see it. Then we had a grove of OAK trees that were growing right up against the house from the Right side of the house...ALL the little trimming growth pieces are gone and such detail! Like a well groomed dog! They raked and cleaned everything up as well! I can't wait to paint the house now! WE are having them come back again to do the LARGE very old OAK tree in our back yard.. Next time will do before and after shots! This is a must do for anyone concerned about their trees...EXCELLENT JOB. I called them right away as soon as I got home to compliment and offer to have a sign in my yard for advertisement! AWESOME JOB! 1905 Dublin for those who want to sneak by in Leander. more

Tree Removal 8/24/2011

I traveled from Denver Colorado to help my daughter on her house and property. Brent's was highly recommended by a realtor friend. Brent's was the least expensive of the other quotes, arrived on time, removed the tree below the lawn turf level, and cleaned the place up. Our next door neighbor was so impressed that she had Brent's remove her dead tree a few days later. Keep up the good work!!! more

Reliable, prompt and competitively priced 8/7/2011

I went with Brents Tree Service after seeing the excellent job they did on my neighbors trees. They came out exactly when they said they would, removed my trees (huge trees!) and trimmed the remaining ones in the time frame they quoted and cleaned everything up. And all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely stick with them for all my tree needs. more

Brents Tree Service is incredible ! 8/2/2011

My experience with Brents was really incredible. I had very little knowledge of trees before I met with Darryl. He is very knowledgeable about trees and a nice and courteous man. The tree work itself was incredible. My trees look like they came out of a magazine when they were done. They were very polite to my kids and I,and they did a great job of cleaning up.. Highly recommended here !!! Oh, the price was very comparable to all the others. I am so glad I went with Brents.. more

Brents Tree Service Is The BEST! 7/26/2011

Brents Tree Service is the best tree service company in Austin. Not only was their bid priced competitively, they were able to get my trees trimmed, and my roof cleared the upcoming weekend! We had put off getting our trees serviced for a couple of months because we thought it would be so expensive, but we were totally wrong. Also, they have a 15% special offer that we took advantage of which made choosing them even easier. I would highly recommened Brents Tree Service company to anyone who needs any kind of tree services. I promise you won't regret it! more

Best Tree Service in Austin 10/19/2010

Darryl and his crew came out right on time to clear out some dead oak trees at our new home. They were less expensive than anyone else in town, educated us along the way, and even cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Since this is our first home, I can't tell you how important it was that it look perfect...and it does! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Austin area. more

Bad experience 3/30/2007

I had these guys do some work for me because I wanted a certified arborist, however I got three trees done with manual labor for $500. I felt really ripped off and when it came time to pay they wanted a credit card over the phone. I told them I would pay by check in the mail and I got a phone call every day until they got the check. I would highly recommend getting a few bids before using these guys. Also, if you want a certified arborist to do the work, this is NOT the place. more

Great Crew 2/6/2006

The crew was fantastic. They worked together without any downtime. Thomas came by to check on them as I watched them swing from the trees in amazement. They did more than we hoped for and our trees and home look wonderful. I also need to mention how well they cleaned up our yard before leaving. more

The Best for Tree Removal 2/6/2006

I was very please with the job that your crew did of cutting down a huge Elm tree in my back yard. Everyone seemed to know what their part was and they did it. They didnt break any power lines, windows, or anything. I would recommend Brents Trees Service to anyone. Pros: Professional more
