Brennan's lost our PROM flower order and blamed it on us saying that since there was no phone order in the computer that no phone order was ever called in. (It should be noted, our call was placed by cell and we all know cell's phone's keep track of phone calls placed and minutes) to be exact 4 minutes were used making the call to Brennan's. We had to reorder our flower order and I requested a discount the clerk said should would give me a discount but had to check with the owner. We picked up the flowers (terrible arrangement too much fake flowers used and no discount was given). I contacted the owner (Daniel), he made a statement that no phone order has ever been lost in the last 10 years and continued to argue with me. I suggested he give a confirmation number when customers order by phone. He said if I wanted one I should of asked for one. He was rude and I told him he just lost a customer he said fine and he hung up on me. I called FTD to inquire about phone orders and confirm
