I don't know who these people are who are recommending Brennan Tree Service. They must've got reall lucky. Cause I had a terrible experience. I do not recommend them. Or trust them to get the job done as you ask. And you can never reach them on the phone. And if you complain, you nnever hear again from them. 1 out of 5 for this company. more

Terrible organization! You cannot trust these people. They do not do what they say they're going to do, they don't return phonecalls, they take advantage of the elderly by taking their money and never completing the job, leaving elderly people helpless to act. I don't know who you are who had good service, but believe me, you were very lucky. Service to the elderly is a sure sign of professionalism. These people have none. They're young and in my estimation ruthless in their treatment of people who are vulnerable.\r \r THERE ARE BETTER TREE SERVICES IN THE CITY, PLEASE BELIEVE ME!\r \r BEWARE. more

This company responded to my first call on the same day I made the call. Mr Brennan came to give my estimate in a timely fashion and the tree service team arrived on the day that was promised. They also did an excellent job of pruning and trimming my Dogwood and Japanese Maple trees. They were mannerly and neat and took all debris with them. Will certainly do business with them again. more

We called this company and made an appointment to have them come and look at a tree in our backyard. They never bothered to show up for the appointment, and never called to give us a reason why. Numerous calls to the number listed have elicited no response from this vendor. Bottom line-don't bother with this company, they're not worth it. more

Most 6th grade horticulture students know the difference between trimming,or culling excess branches and the butchered hachet job these stooges did on 2nd street.Mexican glue sniffers would have known better. I sincerely hope the city is not paying these morons. It will take years of growth to repair the damage.It took 10 years for those trees to become what they were before... more

Don't use these people. They came and did work for us and forced my husband to pay them an additional $100.00. When I found out about it, they promised to give us firewood for the money but they never came through. I called a few times and they said that they would be drop off the wood soon. I wrote them a letter but it was returned as Shelmire Street is NOT their address. I faxed them but they never responded. The owner said it was our fault because we shouldn't have given his men the money and they probably cashed the check for themselves. Pros: They are not trustworthy Cons: They are thieves more

We called this company to come take a look at a tree that we wanted cut. First the guy gave me an appointment , didnt show and never called to say he wasnt going to make it, meanwhile, I was @ home waiting for him. Called him about 2hrs later and he goes, "" oh, I forgot and am downtown"". He asked to reschedule which we did. The guy comes out to look at the tree and left me a quote. I called him to discuss the price which I thought was quite high considering how much I paid to have other trees cut.He simply says to me, this is the final price, I don't negotiate and have a good day, and HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. My wife became furious and called him back to ask why he hung up the phone and he started cursing my wife out. Bottom line: this is the worst I've ever seen from any vendor.I do not recommend this company to anyone. Cons: No customer service! more

I would highly recommend Bernnan tree service Had tree that was damaged from this past winters snow storm. I have been working on cutting this tree for the last two months and it was going to take me all summer long to remove. My neighbor was having a tree trimmed and I went over to ask them How much it would be to remove this tree They were very reasonable and very professional they cut down my tree in 30 mins and cleaned up the mess They had very good equipment and was very professional Pros: Very Professional more
