Worst

I had a cap break on my front tooth (#10) and was able to get in and get it fixed the day I called. Made for a more relaxing week with several customer meetings. Thanks, Tom

Wow! Never in my life have I ever experienced a dental appointment like this! From the moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted and treated with kindness and respect. The facility is warm and inviting and the people were all fantastic! I was treated like a human being instead of just another chart. Thank you! more

Dr Stotts has a standard of customer care that exceeds that of luxury hotels, Her well mannered staff understands the cornerstone of hostptality and are professional in their practice. The beautiful enviroment and state of the are equipment are impressive. The standard of care and feedback is very honest and formal. I enjoy my visits to Dr. Stotts office knowing I am in the hands of a true professional who loves what she does and provides a standard of care beyond the material cost. She has the approach of and astist striving to produce a masterpiece every time and the office appearance is the introduction to the standard of care to expect. more

What a GREAT staff 10/14/2008

Every time I visit Dr. Stotts I am even more empressed with the staff she has working WITH her. They are a wonderful team and always help each other out. They are all very well trained at what they do and very polite to each other. Attitudes like that come from the top down. I have to admit I do not look forward to going to the denist,,,BUT,,Dr. Stotts and her team make it as pleasant as possible and I know they have my best interest as there number one goal.. more

Well, I believe everything starts at the top and Dr. Stotts expects her employees to be hard-working and friendly people, like herself. Her standard of excellence is visable in every employee at her office. My rating is a five out of five for every visit I've ever had at her office. more
