If you want the cookie cutter look, then Brendel Architects will do a fine job. But if you want something unique or outside the normal middle class subdivisions, do not use them as you will just waste your money. We tried three times to get them to draw our designs as we had presented them and never got close to what we wanted. “They listen to their customer’s wishes”, don’t believe it. We finally had to fire them after that third attempt and they sued us in small claims court. Tried to fight it but they had a lien on our property and it was holding up our construction load. Please use caution in hiring this architect. Ask about their dissatisfied customers. I’m sure there are more than just us.
