My puppy is healthy,happy, and beautiful. The owner takes good care of her dogs. How many pet shops can say they dont take the baby from their mother until they are 100% independant, and how many pet shops take all the puppies home every night to take care of them. My daughter has been to her home many times.She takes care of each and everyone 24/7, and at the end of the day their mommies are there.Thats why I bought my puppy there, No franchise puppy mill puppy for me. This place is horrible! I took my beautiful maltese for a trim and got her back looking like a shaved rat! She was so traumatized she would not get out of her bed for a week. I am not sure what they did to her to cause this behavior. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone! more

I stopped in the other day to check out this place. I also noticed a bad odor when I walked in and it is SO overcrowded! The clerk was very friendly (about the only good thing), but I really wish they would hire more help to take care of the animals! She certainly was not able to keep up with them herself because they seemed in VERY bad condition. :-( I noticed how overcrowded the 10 gallon tank was for Syrian hamsters, but what really ripped my heart out was how unhealthy they looked and many of them had "battle" wounds from being kept with others. Syrians are SOLITARY! They had no toys, just yucky food and their wire wheel was on it's side so they couldn't even run in it. There were a couple of free hamsters that looked healthier than the "for sale" hamsters, but I still wondered why they were free and if they were sick or on the verge of death. The birds water needed to be changed DESPERATELY. It was nasty, and the cage was overcrowded. I felt bad for the puppies in the back of the store that were kept in CRIBS. I suppose it's better than a tiny wire cage, but still. Cribs are for babies, not dogs. I agree with some other reviewers how the place looked out dated, dusty, and old. I only wished I could rescue all the animals, but spending money to buy them (or supplies) will only keep this place in buisiness. Do NOT buy from here and maybe they will go out of business soon!!!! more

My daughter and I were greeted by a friendly face, it was very clean and sanitary, before holding the puppies we had to use hand sanitizer. They are very cautious about the safety and well-being of the puppies. We loved the feel and environment it was like a country pet store, and we watched a dog being groomed in the grooming room area in the back. We are hoping to buy one of the little puppies there soon. more

I was next door at another store and I came across this place and walked in to check it out. When I first walked in I noticed a horrible odor and the place as really small. I saw some baby puppy dogs and was disgusted of how they keep them. The puppies do not look like they really been taken care of that well. All the pet supplies were expensive and looks out of date. I would definitely not recommend this place. more

This place offers grooming. They routinely give the dogs razor burn. No secure holding area for the animals that are there for grooming. It's small and badly lit. The inventory looks faded like it has been sitting on the shelf for years. They take pets in for free then turn around and sell them for huge bucks. Baby gates are tied to the top of baby cribs, and that is where they 'store' the dogs and cats 24/7. High pressure sales, low compassion! The only reason to ever buy a dog or cat from this place is to rescue it from them! more

This is a very small pet shop and I'm surprised they are still in business. The employees have always been rude and too busy to even pay attention to you entering the store. They keep the puppies in cribs right out in the store and they look so sad, even dangerous to keep them this way. The prices are very high and I don't believe they sell many animals here thank goodness. Very small shop, no room to walk, and the inventory is poor and over priced. I would not buy here, these animals are touched by anyone coming in, no sanitary precautions taken at all. It's so depressing here. more
