My fiancé surprised me with a puppy about 2 months ago. JedI, is a bullmastiff who is a great dog. He follows me and my fiancé every where we go. We’re always getting compliments on him. He’s a great dog who listens well and thankfully has only had a couple of accidents. When we got him he was 15 lbs and now 2 months later he’s 45. He’s grown a considerable amount and we’re almost ready for training. Something I wanted to mention, was he was chipped, and thankfully so. My neighbors accidentally let him out and he ran away, I called around to shelters and I called the police, I gave them the chip number and his and my information and two grueling days later he was home with us. We had our vet scan his chip just to be sure. We’re very thankful for them getting him back to us and extremely thankful that he had a chip. more

For about 2 weeks straight I showed up at Breeders Association every Wednesday, looking and hoping to find the right puppy. Finally after 2 weeks, I got my baby! She’s a tiny fun loving little hamster (not really but she seems small enough to be). Bella my Maltese is fabulous! She’s been healthy and pooping since day 1 that I’ve brought her home. We went to the vet, ALL CLEAR! I’m excited to see what the next few years through out life will bring. She’s so full of energy and fun loving and I’m just ecstatic that I finally found her! more

Tate, named after the show AHS first season, is everything I had wanted. I had no idea owning a dog would be so much fun. I just wanted to say I’m very happy and I think he’s happy too. But a very big thank you to Breeders Association for all their help when I was purchasing him AND now. I appreciate it. more

It took me months to work up the courage to THINK about buying a puppy. When I finally entered into reality that I wanted a dog and planned out how much time I would need and if my schedule would or could fit in a dog I stopped into Breeders Association. I think they could tell I was a little nervous and apprehensive, because they blatantly asked me if I was ok. I laughed and said yes and continued to walk around. I saw three possibilities but needed more information first. I asked I guess common questions, how big, shedding, barking, exercise, how much exercise. It was incredible, these girls are like walking talking dictionaries. All my questions were answered and answered quickly. No hesitation, no pauses, no stuttering. I think that’s why I felt as comfortable as I did. This interaction alone got me excited about buying a puppy. I had finally decided on an “Ori Pei” which I thought seemed like a good fit. I spent a good amount of time with her and decided that she was indeed the puppy for me. I got to pick out my crate, and the bed and the toys and everything and it really was a gratifying process. Now I’ve had Jenga for almost a month and she really does suit me. She listens well, well she listens well enough for me. She has been healthy since I’ve gotten her and is all around a good dog. I’m happy to say I got my puppy here, and I highly recommend them just for knowledge alone. more

Recently got a puggle puppy from here. The staff was very knowledgeable and very caring. It took me awhile to make my decision, and they were all very patient with me. Pretty much left me alone except to ask if I had questions, which I really didn’t have too many (I don’t think anyways). Once I made my decision, I wanted to puppy proof my house. They told me they would hold the dog for me. A couple days later I went back grabbed my pup and off I went. She’s a good dog. House breaking was tough, but she’s got the hang of it. They really did help a lot, with all the calls and training advice. I’m very pleased. more

My husband dragged me into Breeders Association because he wanted a dog and so did my children. After months of saying no, I just couldn’t say no anymore. We went back and forth with Breeders Association for a few weeks until deciding to order. We ordered our Rottweiler puppy and about 3 weeks after that he came! Now, the store told us we didn’t have to take him if he didn’t match exactly what we were looking for, which is why we placed the order in the first place. We wanted very large and the traditional colors, but stocky! We went on a Wednesday evening without the kids to first see the puppy. Our goal was to go see him, talk about it and then make a decision the next day. Well, it didn’t happen that way. We walked in, the girls saw us, knew who we were (I’m guessing) and a few moments later returned with an extremely large thick puppy in her hands. He looked like a little bear cub, it was the most precious thing. We sat down with him and he was a little nervous at first but literally minutes later he was jumping and barking and it seemed as if he knew, we were there to take him with us. I looked at my husband and with tears in my eyes asked him if we had to sleep on it or if we could just take him. He didn’t even hesitate, he knew too, the moment he saw him that he was the one. We couldn’t be more appreciative than we are now. Zeus is perfect in everyway. And he really matches his name well. My kids absolutely adore him! He’s gentle with my little ones and rough with my husband and the older ones, almost like he knows he has to be gentle with the little ones. He gets along great with other dogs. He’s just terrific, and my family and I couldn’t be happier. more

I spent months looking for a puppy. I went to breeders, shelters, rescues, and nothing seemed to be working. I was about to give up on looking for a dog until I found Breeders Association. They had a large selection of dogs and the staff was very knowledgeable. They were kind and they showed me every dog they had (exaggerating a tad). Finally, I had played with a Miniature Australian Shepherd X Pomeranian mix, Oh My Gosh! She was perfect (is perfect). She had the right look, a phenomenal personality and I knew she was my one. It’s been almost 6 months now that I’ve had her and she is just as amazing as when I first got her. She listens very well and teaching her to sit and lay down was a breeze. I took advantage of the training and I’m so very glad I did. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with this place and I hope others do too! Thank you so very very much! more

My sisters and I often come here to play. The staff is very kind and they always let us play. They always have the cutest puppies and my sisters are always so excited to go. Its nice to go to a place and not be treated poorly because your not buying right at that moment. This is one our favorite places to visit. more

I got a Teddy Bear puppy from here and he is great! The staff is very professional and the store is so CLEAN its hard to believe there are dozens of puppies in the building! Harley was sitting on his little blue blanket chewing on a toy when I first laid eyes on him and when he looked up at me with those big brown eyes it was love at first sight. I was given all the instructions I needed to be a good Mom and he has made my life complete thanks to Breeders Association! more

I visited this kennel with a friend as we were passing by and fell in love with a Yorkshire puppy. After going through training and housebreaking I took my baby home and couldn't be happier. ""Star"" is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect match for my lifestyle. Shannon held my hand through the whole process and was just great, along with everyone that works there. They even called me after I went home to check up and make sure the transition was going smoothly for both of us. i can't tell you how many times I called with silly questions and anyone that answers the phone is patient and caring. I know several friends that have adopted from this place and everyone is happy and had a great experience. more

I purchased a puppy here last fall and I had a great experience. The employees are very professional and the kennel is very clean. All the puppies looked happy and healthy and the staff made sure I was going to provide a good home by asking me questions and letting me know all of the information about the breed I chose so I could be a great dog parent! I have been back several times to visit and to take advantage of the free training that they offer and it has really been a great experience overall. I initially went in to adopt a Bulldog but after spending time with different puppies and the staff, I realized that a Pug was a better choice for me and I am so happy with my decision. Henry is a beautiful dog and everywhere I go people stop to admire his beauty and personality. more

Bella, my maltese, is a complete joy!!!! The girls really helped me out and the amount of information they were able to give me was uncanny!!! I've never been to a place like this before. This is way more than a pet store. I'm a very satisfied customer. I'd give them 50 stars if I could. I can't thank them enough not only for my precious Bella, but also for putting my mind at such ease. This is a must see for yourself! more

Educate yourselves, think for yourself 1/14/2012

Treating animals like their family members and taking care of them is the greatest thing you can do to help. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals claim to have the same agenda. From their website, they quote ""We at PETA very much love the animal companions who share our homes, but we believe that it would have been in the animals' best interests if the institution of ""pet keeping""?i.e., breeding animals to be kept and regarded as ""pets""?never existed."" How can you claim to want to HELP animals when you believe they should not be in homes? For over 15,000 years dogs have been domesticated and are considered to be man's best friend, but this should have never happened according to the statement above. They have radical ideas and radical solutions to how they should keep animals safe. Being affiliated with ALF, on America's Terrorism List, they have defaced people's clothing, stores, and even to the point of setting fire to laboratories trying to find cures for human diseases. There are many ways of helping animals, donating items to local shelters or the ASPCA. Donating your time to working with the animals and making them more socially fit for society. Why is it that judgement gets clouded by big ""groups"" but people can't manage to see the bigger picture? Harassing farms, people who eat meat, wear leather or have pets is a violation of the 1st Amendment. We are able to chose what we do, where we do it, and how we do it by this amendment, but harassment of certain businesses or choices are taking away that right to express yourself. Non-violent, peaceful demonstrations are acceptable to the government, but to what extent? Two employees of PETA were caught in 2007 dumping dead dogs and cats into a North Carolina Dumpster, claiming they ""only kill very sick dogs and cats"". However during their trail statements were made that PETA killed healthy, adoptable, near perfect animals. People who helped PETA obtain the animals were told by PETA that they ""shouldn't have a problem at all finding homes"", however many of the dogs taken in where later destroyed, with PETA secretly disposing of the bodies. Seeing both sides of the fence will help you in making up your own mind about PETA or other animal ""rights"" groups. PETA is supposed to help and save lives, not destroy them, they are supposed to help people help the animals, not take advantage of them. Hopefully this will help shed some light on the matter. animalscam(dot)com/news.cfm?id=4560 animalscam(dot)com/news.cfm?id=4550 animalscam(dot)com/references/peta_fbi1.cfm more

My Christmas Gift to My Daughter 1/13/2012

Maltapoo, Maltese x Poodle Mix. I have never ever been happier. This dog is amazing!!!!! Breeders Association of America was very helpful in helping me find her. I ordered her for Christmas, for my 16 year old daughter whom I had adopted and was having a hard time here and there with adapting to the family. Opening up her BIG Christmas gift you could see the look of total and utter surprise when she opened it and Sophia jumped out of her little box. I've NEVER seen my daughter so unbelievable happy before. She cried and hugged me and cried some more. The best Christmas ever! She did come down with a cold and it was very upsetting, she ran up some nasty vet bills which I was scared I would have to pay with out any help. Breeders told me as long as I stayed with in a 14 day period I would be covered. Thankfully everything was with in their time frame and I was able to be reimbursed. They did help with information and soothing reactions. It took Sophia a little over a week to finally be better. I'm very happy with my decision and I still recommend people to them in search of a puppy! more

Finally found my puppy! 12/8/2011

I saw Breeders Association in the Asbury Park Press. I called to find out what breeds they had available, they sounded so eager to meet me, i jumped in my car and took a trip up to see them. I was amazed when i first walked in and there was no smell that hit you, just clean. The staff was so smiley and happy, the puppies were bouncy, so well groomed, and extremely clean. I have never been to a place like this before. The staff was unbelievably knowledgable and kind. They really helped me out and found me my new puppy, i couldn't be happier. They really stand behind their puppies and their clients! I'm very thankful! more

Not So bad 12/6/2011

Breeders Association isn't, in my opinion, a terrible of a place as some people say. I've read a few reviews that sound like someone just wants to complain because they didnt get their way. My puppy had a little cold, yes a little scary at first but after reading up on it and the staff assuring me its just a cold i felt much more at ease. The cold took about 10 days to run through and now she's fine. They called me every day to check in and see how she was doing day in and day out. I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but i think people get carried away and like to point the blame on others because its easy. It's a living thing, not a couch. Things happen. But to each their own, i enjoyed this place and the staff. They really are nice people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy because of how much they care and how clean they keep the puppies. :) more

My super handsome man 11/4/2011

I got an oripei puppy a few days ago. so far so good. he has sniffles and i have a vet appointment for him on monday. He seems fine though and he's super bouncy. this is my first puppy on my own. and he's proving to be a very easy puppy. so far. his name is dunkin, he's taking to house breaking extremely well. or so i think, i've had him since tuesday, and he's already going to the bathroom outside. thats good right? no accidents inside. we play he follows me around and sleeps when he goes into his crate. i really hope this doesn't change because he's been amazing. and im looking forward to everything else i get to go through with him. more

Best Ever 10/7/2011

My boyfriend and i are moving in together in the next month, and me being as impatient as i am, i suggested we go looking for puppies. We landed up at breeders and checked out a couple different breeds. He knew what kind of a dog he wanted, and because we compromised in my favor on the house, i told him we can get what ever he wants. Because we weren't exactly ready right then and there for a puppy but we wanted it around the time we moved in the girl said we could order one. I asked my husband what he wanted hands down and he said a bull terrier puppy. After researching and watching youtube videos and actually meeting a few, i knew this breed would fit in with us. I didn't want to mention the breed but when he did i told the girl we were placing our order. We move in, in about 2 weeks and about a week or two after that we should have our puppy!!! This place is nothing less than amazing! Clean, friendly, personable, and simply unbelievable. I'd give 10 stars if i could. more

Glad I found this Place! 7/13/2011

I'm very happy i stumbled upon Breeders Association or BAA. I was driving down 70 and i saw ""puppies"" sign. I decided to stop and take a look. As soon as I walked in i could tell this place was veryyyy different! There was no smell, it was clean, the staff was exceptionally wonderful, and above all else the puppies looked happy and out going and full of life! I sat with a Maltese x Papillon mix for about 20-30 minutes before deciding this was MY puppy! When i walked in I had no intentions of buying a puppy, but i fell in love with the puppy, the staff, and the over all place it's self! She wasn't cheap but she wasn't expensive either. She came with so many wonderful things which i completely forgot while i was there, but i read everything in the contract at a later time. She was easy to housebreak, it took about 6 weeks for her to not have ANY accidents in the house what so ever. I haven't taken her for the training yet, but she is a wonderful little dog. I did as the trainers said and i didn't spoil her and i treated her the same way i would have my german shepherd (he passed about 2 years ago). She's a joy and I am unbelievably happy to have found Breeders Association. more

Super Awesome! 6/10/2011

Breeders Association-America in Brick is outstanding! I have never met a better behaved cocker spaniel, in my life! Housebreaking with him was a breeze! They really try and start you off on the right foot with all the instructions written out for you! He plays well with his toys, and does so well when people (random people) put their hands near his food! Now we're working on heel, getting him not to pull when we walk, hes getting it slowly, but he is getting it! I'm so excited for the next step after we finish this one!!!! more
