Breckenridge Apartments

We lived here for 2 years before buying our home last month. I will have to say things were getting pretty bad, but since the management was redone everything is looking much better. They have gotten rid of a lot of the problems and even put in internet access. All of our requests were looked into almost immediately. I hope things continue this way, it will do some good for all of our old neighbors. Pros: easy to deal with, requests were dealt with quickly Cons: we moved out when things were finally fixed more

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Landlord does not comply with any request and treats you like trash. They are rude and could care less about your living conditions. The security is non existent. TRUST ME - Pay extra for a better place and dont make the mistake I did just because the rent was cheap, its not worth it. There are more people moving out of this place than moving in. Inside the buildings, the hallways are always littered with trash, and make sure you have your spare change on you at all times because you will be asked for $.15, $.25 or even a dollar so the juice head in the parking lot can go and get some beer. ( at least 2X week). AGAIN find a better place and pay just a little more, dont risk it. Pros: good location Cons: dirty and un safe more
