I own a new VW still in warranty purchased from Garlyn Shelton. The dealership consistently refuses to service my car under warranty and purposefully delays any repairs related to my warranty. This car has given me plenty of trouble and for every single item that breaks Garlyn Shelton makes me come back to the dealership at least 4 times or more. I have had defective trunk, defective airbag, defective headliner, defective visor, defective parking break, defective reading lights, engine light on, and more for just 3.5 years ! Recently I had problems with my parking break. The first time I left my car for a whole day at the dealership and at the end of the day my request was not even in the system. The second time I came back, my request was already at the system but at the end of the day I was told that my parking break is fixed and it was not. Next, I was told that they will have to order a new part, and yet AGAIN I had to take my car back without being serviced under its warranty. Thi
