FANTASTIC! What a great office! They were able to get me right in and the staff was very friendly. They were so wonderful at calming my nerves and putting me at ease. I was so pleased I made my husband an appointment for next week. more

Friendly atmosphere 5/9/2012

I have been searching for a place to get my Botox since I moved to TN a few years ago. I tried several other places in the area, but I was not satisfied. After getting my Botox with Susan Conner, I was VERY happy! I am now a loyal customer. She was very knowledgable and that made me feel very comfortable. The other girls were very friendly also. I had a free skin care consultation that was very helpful. I had a very pleasant visit. I highly recommend that you try this place! more

Very informative and caring 5/9/2012

I called to find out about the cosmetic procedures offered there and they told me that they offered free consultations. I met with Robin (the Studio Services Specialist) who walked through all the options for my concerns (I guess I'm not the only one concerned about a younger looking face...hehe). She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me literature to take home as well. I even received a free customized skin care regimen from her (she is a licensed esthetician as well and a certified product specialist). I know many of my friends who have also wanted someone to sit down with them and go over everything that they have been using at home and make adjustments if needed. I scheduled a laser appointment and received a personal phone call from her only a few days after. She was checking up on me...isn't that cool? I will definitely be recommending PenaMD Studios (go see Robin!). Pros: null Cons: null more
