I love this place, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I came in on a day spa special for a facial and saw Elizabeth. I have never had such a amazing facial, this girl has a very healing touch, and is so smart and experienced about skin care. She just makes you so comfortable and relaxed. I even saw her for a brazilian bikini wax! I was so scared but oh my gosh, she was fabulous! her bublby personality and confidant attitude was so great. Fast, less painful and got every hair...so astonished. She's the best afternoon pick me up I've ever had! Pros: Best wax and facial more

I called a couple of months ago for esthetician services and they were not only able to get me in same day, but put me in the extremely capable hands of Elizabeth. She is so thorough and professional not to mention bubbly and upbeat. I have been coming to see her ever since and now have a holiday party coming up so I booked an updo with Eva. I am so impressed with the staff, from reception to clinicians, that I have recommended Bravo to all my friends! Pros: Best customer service in town more

Alicia has a passion for her work. She not only keeps up with the colors and styles, but she is also a great teacher. She has trained many young girls just out of beauty school. Alicia has done my hair for the past 16 years. I have always received compliments on my hair style and color, and have referred friends to her. Alicia is very loyal and compassionate towards her customers. She cares about the whole person not just their hair. Her customer service is excellent.! This past Wed the 18th I had a Moroccan Oil Treatment and hair cut, it was fabulous!!! I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a relaxing scalp massage while receiving a treatment. My hair was so soft I could not believe it was my hair! I have been getting my hair done by Alicia for 15 years. A few times I went astray, (big mistake) I'll never stray again, I've learned my lesson the hard way. Alicia has the best smile which puts you right at ease and she listens, that to me is of the utmost importance. What I also love about Alicia is how accommodating she is. I'm into organics and Alicia introduced me to the organic line she carries, big plus. I highly recommend Bravo Salon, you will not be disappointed. Pros: A wonderful warm energy more

After being with the same stylist for 25 years I decided to make a switch. Anyone that has felt this loyalty needs to try change. Wow, I was so lucky to find Shasta, an extraordinay colorist and stylist. She asked alot of questions till she really understood what I wanted. The results were amazing and I only wish I made this change years ago !!! Pros: Intimate salon where the client is listened to more

This salon is a lot of fun, upbeat. I don't receive any services beyond the standard haircut - but that turned out great and I'm happy with it. Alicia Bravo gave me a "chocolate" brazilian hair treatment, which means it had no formaldehyde, she told me it would eliminate frizz, and make my hair shiny and silky, after waiting 4 days (that was the hardest part!) I shampooed my hair, and not only did it look shiny, it felt amazing!! I let it air dry, and I had NO frizz! I would definitely do this again, oh, and she actually was able to put this on my hair after coloring it! Alicia was very informative and a sweetheart! You've gotta' try it! Pros: great atmosphere/professional staff more

Best hair cut and Color EVER, Brazilian Blowout 7/13/2009

This Salon really knows their Color and hair cutting skills. I Also recieved the new Brazilian Blowout from Elena WOW! I'm impressed, my hair feels terrific! So Shiny and frizz free, smooth and soft for once. Everyone was so nice and listened to what my concerns were. I really liked the salon and I am coming back to have a facial, and Massage. I also scheduled a Manicure and Pedicure because I'm so tired of the chop shops out there, I just want a good Pedicure and the girls have been doing nails for a long time. I finally found a salon I like and would come back too. I recommend this salon highly. Pros: Great staff that listens and knows their work Cons: none worth the drive. more
