I have been having my GM vehicles serviced at Bravo for Years now (They used to be Wallace) with no problems. Last month due to high gas prices I decided to buy a more economical car. I went to Bravo and was greeted on the lot by a lady who could not answer any of my questions. She directed me to a salesman who walked me out to the car I was interested in and then told me it was time for him to get off so he would send out another salesman. The other salesman was very pleasant and the experience went well until we signed the paperwork. Once we signed the paperwork and went back the next week for some things that were promised to us we started getting the runaround. It has been a major hassle getting things done since then, it has been a month and I still have no spare keys to the car or the license plates.
Bravo has some nice cars on the lot and some decent deals, but get every little thing before you sign and leave.
