Sure, Brass & Glass has a great selection, and they seem to be very helpful and accommodating. But should anything go wrong or you change your mind and want to return something, then the fangs come out. Pros: Good selection Cons: Abusive, unethical, deceptive. Horror stories abound. Stay away! more

Great pricing and exceptional customer service 3/8/2007

The Owner offered me the best price around on a new Tempur Deluxe mattress that included free Tempur pillows, delivery, set-up and removal. My mattress was in stock and ready for immediate delivery. For a nominal fee, he even agreed to pick up my mattress at my old apartment since the Tempur was going to my new home. I'd certainly return again and recommend anyone shopping for a mattress to see them first. Support local business owners! Pros: Price, convenience, location, local Oakland business more
