I took my sister to Bras Plus where she was fillted with what they told her was their most supportive bra for women with back problems. After 2 weeks of wearing this bra my sister told me she had been in a great deal of pain from wearing it. When she removed her blouse, her back had what looked like 2 deep whip marks which corresponded to the bra straps. I was horrified! I immediately called Bras Plus and informed them what the bra had done to my sister. The told me that under no circumstances would there be any refunds made. I told her I would take a picture of the wounds to an attorney. She then said she had to see the scars herself. When we got to the store, the saleslady was extremely rude, snappy and said she didn't care about seeing the whip like wounds on my sister. Neither saleslady in the store expressed any kind of concern for my sister's well being. They make it sound like they are concerned when selling a bra, but apparently could care less when it causes harm
