I have been a patient of dr montroy's for nearly a year but I am taking my money elsewhere because of the HORRIBLE old woman that works the front desk. I was told that I would have to wait 10 days after my insurance goes active to set an appointment after changing insurance recently. I asked "is there anything I can do? I'll call my provider and get proof if I can." After being told no, I said "that's not very patient friendly." And she responded "we don't care what you think," and hung up. Raged, I called back and was told she was the owner so there was nothing anyone can do. I'm okay with waiting but not her lack of wllingness to help or be polite to HER OWN customers. I loved dr monroy, but I won't fund that woman's business. She is obvously very bitter and angry at the world and I don't like being around that. We are all just human beings trying to make it and there shouldn't be energy wasted on negativity like that.
